Where is The Big Room located? Where can I park?
The Big Room is attached to SILVA’s restaurant front located at 975 Ottawa Ave NW. The Big Room entrance is on Ottawa Ave. Free street parking is available on northbound Ottawa Ave and metered parking is available on southbound Ottawa Ave. There is a free parking lot on Mason Street and several other city lots, garages, and street parking in the north Monroe District.
What is your refund policy?
When purchasing tickets to a Big Room performance, it’s important to note that there is a zero-refund policy. However, Ticket Protection is offered upon checkout with reimbursement up to 100%, covering situations where guests can no longer attend.
Do you have an ADA accessible entrance to the venue?
Absolutely. During event check-in at the entrance on Ottawa Ave, our box office attendant will direct you to our ADA accessible entrance via elevator.
How do I get tickets? What time can I arrive?
Tickets for all Big Room performances are available at www.thebigroomgr.com. You will receive an email confirmation with a scan code/virtual ticket. Plan to provide your digital or printed ticket upon arrival. Each performance has varying DOORS OPEN and START times. You can find information specific to your event via your email confirmation/virtual ticket.
Are there “OTHER” websites where I can purchase tickets to The Big Room?
NO, no, triple no! There are unfortunately many, many, 3rd party resale ticketing sites on the internet for concerts and events, these are sites where people that have already purchased tickets attempt to RE-SELL them at a higher price to make a profit. It is very important you only purchase tickets to a performance at The Big Room via www.thebigroomgr.com.
Seated or standing?
Each Big Room event has a unique layout. Seating specifics for each event are outlined for your review upon purchasing your ticket. Some events may have a “VIP” or “Lounge” seating area available for upgrade.
My ticket says “GA.” What does that mean?
General Admission references an open (standing or seated) event layout. During a standing event, your GA ticket allows you access anywhere in The Big Room, apart from “reserved areas.” During a seated event, all seats apart from “reserved” seating are available to guests first come, first served. We encourage guests with large parties to arrive early to find seating to accommodate their entire group.
What is your Bag Policy?
The Big Room allows purses and small bags. Backpacks and large bags are not permitted. All bags are subject to security search upon arrival.
Is there an age requirement to attend a Big Room performance?
When purchasing tickets to a Big Room event, any age restrictions will be clearly listed on our website. Every event requires a purchased ticket for guests ages five and up. We recommend proper ear protection for guests under the age of five. Due to sound levels and venue policies, we are unable to accommodate children two and under.
Are there food and beverage options?
Yes! Beer, wine, cocktails, NA beverages and rotating concessions are available for purchase.
Can I bring outside food or drink?
Outside food and beverage is not permitted. However, you’re welcome to bring an empty water bottle (subject to search) and fill it at our water station.
Where Can I smoke?
We ask that you utilize our outdoor patio inside the venue for smoke breaks rather than out front of the entrance to the venue.
Can I leave the venue and come back in?
There is no re-entry once your ticket has been scanned and you’ve passed through security for the event you are attending, this is for the safety of all guests.

Can I take photo/video?
Phone cameras are permitted without the use of flash. Any other photography equipment must be cleared with the venue prior to the event.
